Location: Milpitas, CA

2. About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team in Milpitas, California. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Generate leads and qualify prospects
• Build and maintain relationships with customers in America and Europe
• Provide technical support to customers
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
• Manage and track sales performance
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events
• Other duties as assigned

3. Qualifications
• U.S. citizens only
• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background in business, marketing, or fiber optics-related field a plus
• Korean language proficiency a plus
